Maximize Your Training: Log Custom Workouts & Discover Daily Workouts! 🏋️‍♂️

We hope you’re enjoying your experience with the Team ICON Training app so far! Today, we’re excited to dive into two fantastic features that will elevate your fitness journey: logging custom workouts and our daily workout offerings.

Logging Custom Workouts:

Creating and logging custom workouts is a breeze with our app. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Open the App and navigate to the Log Workout section from the bottom bar menu.

  2. Select "Custom Workout".

  3. Add Exercises:
    • Tab the + and choose from our extensive exercise library.
      (Choose all the movements you want with the + button and then click 'ADD' in the top right corner to confirm)

    • Now you can simply specify the sets, reps, weights, and any other details as you complete the workout or click the cog symbol in the bottom left corner and set out the workout in more detail for example, create a block, specify it's a superset or circuit.

  4. Save Your Workout: Give your workout a memorable a name and save it for easy access in the future // alternatively click the heart to save it as a favorite.

  5. Log Your Workout: Once you complete your workout, log it to track your progress.

By creating custom workouts, you can tailor your training to meet your specific goals and preferences. 

Introducing Our Daily Workouts:

To keep your routine fresh and challenging, we offer daily workouts designed by our expert trainers. These workouts are perfect for adding variety and ensuring you get a well-rounded fitness regimen. Here’s how to access them:

First either sign up to our 'Daily Workouts' or 'All Access Plan' to unlock access to them.

Once you've got access simply:

  1. Home Screen: Check the Home Screen for your scheduled daily workouts.

  2. Programs Section: If you aren't following the daily workouts calendar already, simply find it in the 'Programs' section and 'Follow Calendar'.

These sessions are designed to give you a structured training program to follow, every day, you’ll find:

  • Upper Body Reps and Sets: Build strength and tone your muscles.

  • Lower Body Reps and Sets: Strengthen your legs and improve your power
    .
  • METCON or EMOM Workouts: Boost your endurance and burn calories with high-intensity training.

  • Accessory Work Sessions: Optional add-ons to target specific areas and enhance your overall fitness.

 Bodyweight or Equipment? Your Choice!

We understand that not everyone has access to a gym, so each workout comes in two versions:

  • Bodyweight Version: No equipment needed. Perfect for home workouts or when you’re on the go.

  • Equipment Version: For those who want to take their training to the next level with gym equipment.
