Your Guide to Getting Started with the Team ICON Training App 💪

Welcome back! We’re excited to help you get the most out of your new Team ICON Training app. To kick things off, here’s a quick tutorial to get you familiar with the basics.

Bottom Bar Menu:

Home Screen: This is your starting point. Here, you'll see any workouts you have scheduled. It's your daily fitness hub!

Programs: In this section, you can view any programs you have access to. To get you started, we've included:

  • FREE PLANK CHALLENGE
  • ENGINE BUILDER
  • SAMPLE WEEK (a 5-day training example)

Log Workout: This is where you can log a scheduled workout or create your own custom workout. We’ll dive deeper into creating custom workouts in a future email.

 

Exercises: Browse our extensive exercise library with videos and step-by-step instructions. You can search by name or muscle group, making it easy to find exactly what you need.

 

Resources: Access helpful resources like 'How To Log A Workout' and other guides to maximize your training experience.

 

Other Areas to Explore: In the top left of the app, you’ll see three lines – this is the menu button. Tapping it will reveal more areas to explore, including:

  • Logging and viewing your exercise history
  • Benchmark history (e.g., 1 rep max scores)
  • Progress photos
